Training and Simulation[SIM-OPERATOR]
Basic and mission flying on the same console and transmitter used operationally, before an airframe is at risk.

Overview
The first hours on a new aircraft are the expensive ones. A simulator that uses the same transmitter, the same console and the same flight software moves those hours off the airframe without teaching different habits.
Exercises run from basic handling through mission profiles and emergencies, with the instructor able to change the site, the weather and the failures. Results are recorded per trainee.
System qualities
01 / 04
The same controls
The transmitter and console are the operational ones, so stick feel and menu structure carry over exactly.
02 / 04
From handling to emergencies
Exercises progress from basic flight through mission profiles to failures that would be irresponsible to stage on a real aircraft.
03 / 04
The instructor sets the conditions
Site, weather, time of day and injected failures are chosen per exercise and repeatable across a class.
04 / 04
Records that follow the trainee
Results are kept per person so progression is visible rather than remembered.
